Delivery Coverage
We currently ship across Oman and the GCC. Deliveries outside the GCC are not available at this time.
Shipping Charges
- Free delivery on all orders above 20 OMR.
- Orders below 20 OMR attract a small delivery fee.
Dispatch Time
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation. You will receive a WhatsApp or email notification with your tracking details once dispatched.
Estimated Delivery
- Muscat Governorate: 1–2 business days
- Other Oman governorates: 2–4 business days
- GCC countries: 4–7 business days
Packaging
All products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Honey jars are wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in double-wall corrugated boxes.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can also check your order status on the My Orders page.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
